Seven Beans Project - how to purchase a copy

What is Seven Beans Project?

Lampshade Writers Circle plays the catalyst to bring writers together on the same platform, albeit through one of its kind coffee e-magazine titled Seven Beans Project. This 48-page magazine with articles and poems on coffee hope to invoke your senses. This bi-annual magazine seeks to encourage new writers to come forth with their creations and boost local businesses such as cafes and bookshops.

What is in the magazine?

Our editor, Surela writes,
In the first issue of the magazine, the common thread is coffee and writers have beautifully touched upon simple joys and deeper issues of life through it. While writer Sandeep Gangarapu takes the reader through how coffee came to India, Christal Ferrao records experiences of coffee lovers who now make home brewed coffee. Juvelle Mendes handholds readers to walk down her memory lane to find out how much she loved visiting Ramakrishna math library at Domalguda. While this is a personal experience, it resonates with most writers who are also voracious readers. Suhani Dewra in her memoir reveals how she perceived filter coffee as a symbol of South Indian culture as a tea loving North Indian and her journey of befriending this distant cuppa. Richa Changmai writes how she is discovering the lanes of the city of joy through a unique cafe experience. Having lived in Assam and travelled widely, she talks about her favourite cafe in Kolkata where a spot of adventure and hearty breakfast is always waiting for her. The poets link their emotions about coffee with life as one would do with a missing puzzle piece.

So, my readers, you see, a lot has already happened over coffee! All you have to do is just sip coffee and turn the pages to unravel the surprises.
